About
Tomasz Dowbor was born in Warsaw, Poland, on 15 April 1974. He read Theology and Philosophy at the Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw, and took a postgraduate degree in Business Management at the Catholic University of Portugal, in Lisbon.
He arrived in Angola in 1994, at twenty, and found there the place to build the business he had in mind. He is today an Angolan citizen and holds dual Polish and Angolan nationality.
His work is in construction and property. Over three decades he has moved from single buildings to whole neighbourhoods, on projects measured in thousands of homes and in the jobs required to build and run them.

Tomasz Dowbor has more than 30 years of experience in the Angolan market, working in large-scale property development. His record includes more than 10,000 homes built and 15 property projects, among them Vereda das Flores, Ville Vermount, Solida Plaza, Real Park, Infinity and Urbanização Boa Vida. He currently leads Urbanização Boa Vida, the largest urban development project in Angola, which provides more than 5,800 housing units and generates thousands of jobs.
