Who we are
This website is tomaszdowbor.com, the personal site of Tomasz Dowbor, Luanda, Angola. Questions about this policy or about personal data can be sent to the contact address published on the site.
What this site collects
The site is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no comment form, no user accounts and no login. It does not ask visitors for a name, an e-mail address or a telephone number, and it does not build a profile of anyone who reads it.
The web server that hosts the site keeps standard access logs, which include the IP address of the request, the date and time, the page requested and the browser's user-agent string. Those logs exist for security and for diagnosing faults.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tracker.
Fonts and other services
The typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means the browser makes a request to Google's servers, which receives the IP address of that request. No other third-party service is called by these pages.
Embedded content from other sites
Articles may include embedded content, such as videos or images hosted elsewhere. Embedded content behaves exactly as if the visitor had gone to the other site, and that site may collect data, set its own cookies and monitor the interaction.
Links to other sites
Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and to grupoboavida.co.ao lead to services run by other organisations, each with its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover them.
How long data is kept
Server access logs are kept for as long as the hosting provider's retention period allows, and are used only for security and diagnostics.
Your rights
Anyone may ask what personal data this site holds about them, ask for a copy of it, and ask for it to be deleted. Data that has to be kept for legal, administrative or security reasons is the exception.
